Registration Information

Registration Forms Must Be Completely Filled Out and Turned In Along With The Fee by the Deadline. 

Make Checks Payable to Bloomingdale Alliance. 

Forms and Fees can be dropped off at the Bloomingdale Alliance Church office between the hours of 9am - 3pm, Monday thru Thursday.

DEADLINE for All Registration is November 19, 2011

Cheerleading -$75

Basketball - $70

 

Basketball shorts ARE included in the registration cost.  Cheerleading mock turtlenecks ARE included in the registration cost.

 

Evaluations

Everyone MUST attend one basketball evaluation or cheeleading orientation.

Evaluations will take place in the Bloomingdale Alliance Church Gym for K-5 through 6th Grade Boys/Girls on Saturday, November 12th ONLY from 9am - 2pm
